Matheroids is now available on the App Store At last!
I’ve been waiting months to be able to announce this : Matheroids, the Math Asteroids game, is finally available on the App Store! It will work on iPhone or iPad. (Sorry, Android fans, you’ll have to wait!)
Do you use your iPad or iPhone as a child-quietening device? Or prefer arcade action over puzzles or emails on the bus? You’ll want to get Matheroids. You can’t afford to not get Matheroids. As the player zaps space rocks into oblivion, they’re beefing up their ‘multiples’ skills, racking up high scores in Apple’s Game Centre. Oh, and listening to really snazzy music to boot.
While you’re downloading that, you might like to check out another game on the website, Sugar Sugar. I found this game online a while back, tried it out and found it highly addictive. I was delighted to find that the maker of Sugar Sugar grants permission to add his games to other sites, so visitors to Dr Mike’s Math Games for Kids could have a great time with it too.
Finally, don’t forget to download and print an Advent Calendar for your kids before the 1st of December, and check out some of my recent blog posts, including one that tries to count how many 7 billionth children there actually were.
